Shipping Policy

Estimated processing times are 3-5 days. All orders will receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your package's journey.  Sweet Magnolia Candle Company is not responsible for any lost packages.

Please be sure to double check your delivery address. Sweet Magnolia Candle Company. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If your package is returned to us, Sweet Magnolia Candle Company. is not responsible for any shipping charges. We will be happy to ship your package back to an alternative address, but you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.

Please be sure to double check your shopping cart before placing your order. Sweet Magnolia Candle Company.is not responsible for orders placed wrongly by the consumer. 

Return, Exchange, and Damage Policy

Due to the nature of our products, used products cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us at jamiebutler@sweetmagnoliacandlecompany.com for any questions and concerns!

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Your order is always packaged with handling & transit taken into consideration. While we are careful about packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact me at jamiebutler@sweetmagnoliacandlecompany.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours. We will work together to find a solution!
